Larry’s head was bald and the hair he had was bushy. Just like his head Larry studied contrasts. Just as you thought you knew what he would do next he would do something that was totally the opposite of what you expected. He was the Stooge that was not really given an identity. Moe was serious and Curly was funny. Larry, however, was not totally serious, nor totally funny, but he did pick up a little bit of each of their traits and soon made his own identity. |

Larry Fine was born on October 5, 1902, in Philadelphia, PA. His name by birth was Louis Feinberg. Early in his life, Larry accomplished playing the violin and was deemed a musician. Ha married a woman named Mabel Haney and the two had two kids: daughter Phyllis and son Johnny. Sadly, on January 24, 1975, Larry Fine passed away just about four months before his collogue Moe Howard did. Larry was 72 years old. |

Larry could be called a common crook by law enforcement types. He was unable to resist stuffing silverware into his tuxedo as a guest, while attending fancy parties. Larry was also a man who raved about his clean life. Once when Moe offered him something called "C-A-N-D-Y", Larry replied, "Nah, you know I don't smoke. |

| Do you know Larry was a water conservationist. (He refused to take baths because "It ain't spring yet." Larry's favorite Stooge film was the 1951 hit, "Scrambled Brains". Even though at the begining of Stoogehood, Curly stole the spotlight, Larry was always persistantly puhing him as the most beloved Stooge. |

Joe "Curly Joe" DeRita was the sixth and final Stooge. After Curly and Shemp died, and Joe left because their old production company closed, Joe saved the Stooge hood. Joe was named Curly Joe because he looked so much like Curly. Plus since he looked so much like curly, the company thought that he could become just as big as Curly was. |

Curly Joe was Born on July 12, 1909 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Of the six Stooges, Curly Joe was the only one not Jewish (he was French-Canadian and English). Curly Joe began his career in show business as a dancer. In 1966, Curly Joe married Jean Sullivan. He had at least one kid, his stepson. July 3, 1993, after a bout with pneumonia and several strokes, Curly Joe died he was 83 years old. Joe Joined the Stooges in 1958. He made six films as a Stooge. His favorite film was "The Three Stooges Go Around The World In A Daze." The was made in 1963. His stepson, Robert Benjamin, said that "Joe loved working with the Stooges. |
