Lynn Swann was the Steelers first round draft pick in 1974. He was born March 7th 1952 in Alcoa, Tennessee. He was 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighed 180 pounds. He had 336 receptions, 5,462 yards and 51 touchdowns.

 

John Stallworth was the Steelers Fourth round draft pick. He was born July 15, 1952 in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. He had 537 career receptions with a total of 8,723 yards and 63 touchdowns. He was 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighed 191 pounds.

 

Bennie Cunningham was born December 23rd, 1954 in Laurens, South Carolina. He attended Clemson University. He was 6 feet 4 inches tall and weighed 260 pounds. He played 118 games with the Steelers. He had 202 receptions for 2,879 yards, he also had 20 touchdowns.

 

Jerome Bettis was born February 16th, 1972 in Detroit, Michigan. He attended Mckenzie High School and then attended Notre Dame.He was 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighed 253 pounds. He had 13,294 yards rushing and 1409 yards passing. He had 91 touchdowns.

 

Sidney “The Tundering bull” Thornton Played 74 games with the Steelers and had 356 rushing attempts, 1,512 yards and 18 rushing touchdowns. He had 46 receptions, 515 receiving yards and 6 receiving touchdowns.

 

 

John Banszak played 91 games with the Steelers but only had 1 reception for 3 yards.  He normally just blocked.

 

Larry Anderson was born September 2nd 1956 in West Monroe, Louisiana. He attended Louisiana Tech. He played 42 games with the Steelers. He had 2 receptions for 19 yards. He also set a Super Bowl record for most return yardage with 162.

 

Matt Bahr was born July 6th, 1956 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Bahr attended Neshaminy High School in Langhorne, Pennsylvania; after he attended Penn State University. He only played 32 games with the Steelers but was a great kicker.
