SHAFTS

Shafts are the part of your that you hold on to. They come in different types and a couple of different shapes. They are made of different types of metals and some have a type of grip around it. Shafts range from $40-$90.

HELMETS

Helmets are the most important part of your equipment. There are a few hits to the helmet during games (but they are illegal). Helmets can be made in different colors and on some you can upgrade the facemask from just black steel to titanium. Helmets are priced from $100-$300.

SHOULDER PADS

shoulder pads are essential to the game of lacrosse. There are many different types because some people like more or less protection than others. All the pads are priced from about $30-$100.

ARM GUARDS

Arm guards are a necessity in lacrosse. Your elbows  and arms are hit the most during a game. Arm guards are priced from $20-$80.

GLOVES

Gloves are very important also. No two gloves are        alike. There are different types also. Some have more "flex" and more padding. You can buy gloves from around $30-$140.
