Defensive Threats on the Steelers

The biggest threat on this defensive family is Troy Polamalu, number 43 even (even though his hair is his number).  In the Super Bowl season he had 2 interceptions, and he had 2 fumble recoveries.  He ran one of those back for a 73 yard touchdown.  He also had 3 sacks.  What a great player he will come to be.  He also went to the Pro Bowl.
Joey Porter is the heart and soul of this defense.  Not to mention a great linebacker.  He had 10.5 sacks this season, which lead the team.  He recovered 1 fumble and also had 2 interceptions in this remarkable season.  Joey also went to the Pro Bowl along with three other players.
One threat on our team is the best coverer on our team, and he goes by the name of Ike Taylor.  He had 1 interception this year and 2 fumble recoveries.  He is a great defensive back and a great coverer.
Another great threat on our team is Clark Haggans.  He was close to Porter with 9 sacks on the season.  He also had a great personality and was like a captain on the defensive end spot.
The last but not least defensive threat I am going to talk about is James Farrior.  He had 2 sacks and 1 fumble recovery, but he still was a big threat at the linebacker spot.  James Farrior was out for almost half the regular season and still was a great player at the linebacker spot.
