Hilary Ann Duff was born in Houston, Texas to parents Bob and Susan Duff. She was born on September 28, 1987. Her nickname is Hill. Joel Madden the lead singer in Good Charlotte is her current boyfriend. She has an older sister named Haylie. They are very close, even though Hilary is more known Haylie is very proud of her and her accomplishments. Hilary and Haylie were in ballet until they were six years old, at Checetti Ballet.

    Hilary’s first movie was “Casper Meets Wendy”, which was in 1998. Hilary played Wendy. Then she stared in the Disney Channel’s “Lizzie McGuire” as a teenage girl dealing with all the problems that usual teenage girls deal with. Then she was in a movie called “Cadet Kelly”. Then in 2003 she was in “Agent Cody Banks” and in “The Lizzie McGuire movie”. In 2003 she was also in “A Cinderella Story” and “Cheaper by The Dozen”. “Raise Your Voice” was a movie she was in that was in 2005 which had fantastic reviews. Now, she just came out with “Cheaper by the Dozen 2” and is currently working on “The Perfect Man”. Hilary has been keeping very busy with her new movies.

Hilary is very busy but to make her even busier she has a music career now. She had her first album called “Metamorphosis” which has been in the top rankings for a while. Her newest album is “Most Wanted”. She also has a clothing line at Target. She also models “Candies”.
