Members on the Council shortly before Episode 1

The following Jedi were lifelong members on the Council during the Stark Hyperspace Conflict: Yoda, Mace Windu, Oppa Rancisis, Tyvokka, and Yarael Poof.  The following Jedi were long term members: Eeth Koth, Even Piell, Saesee Tiin, and the last one had been killed just before the incident.  The remaining Jedi were limited term members on the Council: Micah Giett, Yaddle, and Adi Gallia.

Members on the Council during Episode 1

The following Jedi were on the Council during lifelong members during the Naboo invasion: Yoda, Mace Windu, Oppa Rancisis, Plo Koon who replaced Tyvokka, and Yarael Poof.  The next group of Jedi were on the Council as long term members: Eeth Koth, Even Piell, Saesee Tiin, and Depa Billabel.  The last group of Jedi were on the Order as limited term member: Micah Giett, Yaddle, and Adi Gallia.

The following Jedi were lifelong members during the Clone Wars: Yoda, Mace Windu, Oppo Rancisis, Plo Koon, and  Coleman Trebor.  The concluding Jedi were long term members: Eeth Koth, Even Piell, Depa Billabel, and Saesee Tiin.  The last group of Jedi were limited term members on the Council: Micah Giett, Yaddle, and Adi Gallia.
