Rachel Bilson is a TV actress.  She was born on August 25th, 1981, in Los Angeles, California.  She is turning 25 this year.  Rachel is well-known for playing Summer Roberts on the hit Foxx TV show, "The O.C.," Summer is a fiery and popular vixen who lives with her dad and her step mom.  It s an ongoing drama on the show with Adam Brody, Mischa Barton, and Ben Mackenzie playing her best friends.
