  Kiddieland!
Kennywood was one of the first amusement parks to have a separate area for young children. In 1923 smaller versions of the Whip, Carousel, Ferris Wheel, and a Swan Swing were located next to the Jack Rabbit. In 1927 the Kiddieland area moved to it's current location. Today the original 1923 Merry-Go-Round is still fully in tact. Like the "Big Park" Kiddieland keeps the best of the old, but still tried to add new rides. Some rides in Kiddieland are The Lil' Phantom, Crazy Trolley, Kenny's Carousel, Pounce Bounce, Turtle Chase, Wipper's Snapper, and the Wacky Wheel. The Lil' Phantom was built in 1966. The rides tallest vertical height is seven feet, two inches, it's maximum drop is six feet, it's maximum speed is  fifteen miles per hour, and has a ride duration of thirty seconds.
