In 2004, Gwen Stefani broke solo from the band No Doubt. She released her first solo record titled Love, Angel, Music, Baby. The album contained hits such as "Holla Back Girl", "Luxurious", "What You Waiting For?", and "Cool".

Gwen says her solo CD isn't really all her own. She says it's more of a collaboration CD. Many artists appear on the record including Eve, who Stefani has previously worked with. Some other guest appearances include Andre 3000 and Dr. Dre who helped produce tracks on the CD.

Oh, and did I mention Gwen has her own posse now? The Harajuku girls are japanese dancers that follow gwen to just about every public appearance. They also show up in many of her new music videos. Some might see the Harajuku girls as Gwen's Japanese barbie dolls. Their outfits match and their hair and make-up is always bright and outrageous.
