Tigers

Tigers may have the strangest physical stature. They have huge muscles, big teeth and claws, short, stripes, and the emotions. Yet, it is the most interesting thing ever. Tigers have a lot of muscle. It is all used and needed. Tigers need to move their four hundred pound body so the more the better.
With their body they can jump ten yards over semi-level ground. They can literally jump fifteen feet up in the air. Still, it can move so gracefully that no one can hear until the last moments. Tigers have very long teeth.
Actually, they have the longest teeth of all land animals. They are usually about ten times the size of human teeth and that is big. A tiger’s bone structure is like all cats. They were made to walk on four legs and to be as swift and cunning as ever. Tiger stripes are most unique.
They are made to shield themselves in the shrub, grass, and trees so they can catch their prey. Also, all tigers have different patterns so they can determine each other. The tiger claws are most important. They use it to catch prey, defense, and mark territory.
The claws are retractable, meaning they can come in and out of the skin. They usually keep them hidden so it does not make sound or wear them out. They do this with the bones in the foot. Tigers show emotion through their tail.
When wagged rapidly above body it means friendliness. When wagged on the line of the body in medium pace it means excited. Lastly, wagged low and slow it means tense.
