To get maps you have to go to www.halomaps.org and on the left there’s a link to maps  and maps should be there. When you click download you want to save go to drive c and the go to program files and then go to Microsoft games and click on halo ce after it opens you click on maps and click ok when it installs you have to click open and extract all files then drag the extracted file to your maps folder.
