The Phantom of the Opera

 

 

The Phantom of the Opera is about an opera singer named Christine, who is madly in love with a man named Raoul. The thing is Christine has grown with a story about an “angel of music.” The Phantom is supposedly the ‘angel of music” who has really fallen in love with Christine. In order to make Christine famous, he begins to play tricks on other singers. The directors begin to get very frustrated from all the madness going on during productions of their shows. Then, the phantom finds out about Raoul. He gets very jealous and starts murdering people. Everyone tries to find the phantom, but can’t because of his hidings in the basement. The Phantom gets away, but he will always love Christine no matter what.

 

   
 

The Phantom of the Opera was first published February 1910 in Paris. It was written by Andrew Lloyd Webber. The movie the Phantom of the Opera, was made in 2004, directed by Joel Schumacher. The movie is featuring Gerard Butler as the Phantom, Emmy Rossum as Christine, and Patrick Wilson as Raoul/Eric.

 

 

 

 

The Phantom (Gerard Butler), is in love with a soprano singer, and will do anything to make her famous and get her attention.

 

 

      Christine (Emmy Rossum), is a soprano opera singer, who is in love with someone, but falls into the trance of the “angel of music”, the Phantom.

 

 

Raoul/Eric (Patrick Wilson), is very much in love with Christine and must be more powerful then the Phantom or he might lose his love.
