This is my favorite game. Metroid games have been around since 1986. There are 9 different Metroid games; they are Metroid, Metroid 2, Super Metroid, Metroid Prime, Metroid Fusion, Metroid Zero Mission, Metroid Prime 2 Echoes, Metroid Prime Pinball, and Metroid Prime Hunters. |

. Nintendo as also announced that a new Metroid game is coming out in the spring called Metroid Dread. They also said they would re-make Metroid Prime 2 for the Nintendo Revolutions coming in 2006.

Believe it or not, but Samus, (the star of the game) is actually a girl. Many gamers in 1986 were stunned to see Samus without her suit at the end of the game. Metroid is also famous for its amazing boss fights. The biggest boss she has ever faced was the Metroid Prime. | |

After you manage to deal some damage, it will fall and change to its second form. The second form can deal even more damage. It will shake the ground and create a massive quake. If you get hit it takes a lot of energy. After a while it will make a pool of Phazon (a radioactive material) and it will cloak itself. Change your vision to find it, stand in the Phazon and start firing. With luck the Metroid Prime will fall and you will complete the game. The Metroid games are on of the greatest games Nintendo ever created.. |
