Lacrosse is the fastest moving sport you can play. it is also one of the hardest sports you can play, from the hard hits, and the nonstop running. When you play you need to decide on the position you want to play. You can play as an attack man, a midfeilder, a defence man, or a goalie. Attack and midfeilders play offence on a lacrosse team, defenders and goalies play defence on a lacrosse team.

                   

 

 

 

When you play lacrosse you need a lot of equipment. You need a helmet, shoulder pads, elbow pads, gloves, your stick, and your jersey. You can get rib pads  but they are optional so you don't have to get them if you don't want to. Your stick is probably the most important piece of equipment. It is make up of a head which is where the mesh is and its the part you catch the ball with. The other part of your stick is the shaft.
