O.C. Life

In the O.C., Mischa plays Marissa cooper.  She is a troubled and confused 19 year old.  Her & Ryan have been dating on and off, but they are currently dating right now on the show.  When you first meet Marissa, she seems to have it all. But inside she is faced with some tough situations to deal with.  Her and Summer are best friends on the show.  They also are best friends off set.  The foursome(Ryan, Seth, Summer, and Marissa) are best friends and do everything together. 

Her Personal Life

Mischa Barton is currently 19 years old.  Her birthday is January 24th 1986.  She was born in London, England.  She is 5’8”, has blonde hair and blue eyes.  She moved to NYC at the age of four.  That explains why she doesn’t have an accent.  She does not date Ben McKenzie off the set, but everyone who loves the O.C. is rooting for them to hook up.  She has two sisters.  One older and one younger.  She grew up always wanting to be an actress, and was raised by two great parents.  She hangs out with her three O.C. friends, and loves to shop.  Mischa is the typical 19 year old with an incredible sense of fashion, and has also recently broke up with Romeo Brandon Davis.

How Long Has She Been In The Acting Career?

 Mischa has been in the acting career for quite a while.  Her acting career started in a Broadway play known as “slavs!”.  At age 9, she appeared in the 1998 movie “Lawn Dogs”.  This was followed by “Pups” a modern day version of Bonnie and Clyde.  She then received the roles in the 1999 movie “The Six Sense.”  You might remember her as Kira, the girl under the bed whose Step Mom poisoned her.

Family Life

Mischa has a great family.  With two sisters, and her parents, she had a normal family. Her mom Nula, her dad Paul, her older sister Zoe (29), and younger sister Hania (18).  Two summers ago, she spent the whole month of June, with her family in a villa located in France.

Childhood

Mischa lived a challenging childhood.  She had to move frequently around the world, because of her fathers job.  This was very hard for a young girl.  Before the age of four, she lived in France, Germany, Switzerland, and England.  When she turned five, her father was hired in NYC, where she would begin her life of fame.  She went to New York City, and didn’t quite fit in.  While other kids were playing video games, she preferred to read and write.  She claims she didn’t have any friends, and was known as an outsider.

 Mischa Baton has been known as one of the most gorgeous celebrities on TV. With her soft flowing hair, almond shaped eyes, precise cheekbones, and unique lips, she has been blessed with the gift of beauty. As for her fashion, she has contracts with Aeropostale, Keds, and Neutrogena. She has an undeniable love for fashion, and it shows. She is known to show up for awards and parties in Dolche and Gahanna, and Michael Kors. She also has a love for Coach sunglasses, bags, and belts.
