Hilary Ann Duff was born on September 28,1987 in Houston, Texas. She was born to Bob and Susan Duff, along with her older sister, Haylie Duff. Hilary is about 5’4”, and most people call her Hill. Hilary is still boy crazy, with her latest boyfriend, Joel Madden, who is the lead singer for the band, Good Charlotte.

Hilary started her career at a very young age, traveling in the Cechetti Ballet with her sister Haylie, at age six. Hilary starred in Casper Meets Wendy, in 1998, and even got the lead role, Wendy! Then, she took the role of ‘Lizzie McGuire’ in the #1 Disney Channel Hit Series, “Lizzie McGuire.” “Lizzie” is now in the second season, which shows people of all ages love this comedy filled show!

Hilary technically started her movie career in 2002 with her Disney Channel movie Cadet Kelly. Then, in 2003 her career soared big time with her booming movie, The Lizzie McGuire Movie. She also appeared in Agent Cody Banks in 2003, as well.

Hilary has also been in A Cinderella Story, in 2004, which was co-starring Chad Michael Murray. Also in 2004, Hilary made Raise Your Voice, and then in 2005 made, The Perfect Man.

Hilary is currently working on Cheaper by the Dozen 2. Then first one was a total hit, so they decided to make another one. Duff has been so busy with all of her T.V. shows, movie/music careers, and most importantly, her family.

Her video "Come Clean" was nominated for Best Pop Video at the 2004 MTV Video Music Awards. Hilary has done so much already in her life so far, and will hopefully continue to do so. |
