Basic care As people know jogging, running and walking is a very important exercise to dogs But labs love to do allot more things. Because the Lab is an easy keeper, feeding a pup is a bit more complicated than buying a premium food and letting him eat his fill. A fast-growing breed subject to hip dysphasia, the Lab puppy should be fed a large-breed puppy food or a regular adult dog food of less than 25 percent protein to help avoid joint problems that can occur when puppies grow too fast. Since the pup will achieve his adult size with good nutrition, some veterinarians recommend keeping large-breed puppies a bit thin to reduce the chances of strain on the joints during growth periods. |

. Cleaning your dogs teeth is important. Your have to get a designed tooth brush for the dog and toothpaste with beef or poultry flovor and it should be used once a week. Selecting the right
dog for you. If you buy your puppy from a backyard breeder( someone who breeds puppies at home ) then you should make sure it is clean and free from odor if they are plump , robust and clear eyed and should exclude good health, runny eyes, potbellies long toenails, and dull coats that will indicate the lack of care. These puppy's should be well and socialized and confident but not aggressive
when or if you do purchase you puppy from backyard breeder you should or will receive a pedigree, registration application, guidelines for that dogs diet, and a trainers and veterinarians certificate( indicating that the puppy is healthy). When you take your puppy home you should let it adjust to it's new home( like let wonder around to get use to the puppies new home).
