Purchasing a Bichon

First off, when you are purchasing a Bichon Frise puppy, you should look for the pup with the most personality. The puppy should want to jump in your arms! You are going to want to look out for the puppies that are shy. They could, if you pick that one, be shy at home, for example. Also, when looking for the right Bichon to suit your needs, try the Internet for results. You will find a lot of breeds to choose from. I recommend asking the breeder questions online from that website. You may not know something about the puppy that you see in the picture. Ask questions like, did this puppy ever have an allergic reaction? Or, were either of the puppies parents show dogs? Also, it may be very useful to you if you can get the breeder’s phone number. You could also get their email address. That way, if you have questions or problems, you can just give them a call. That is a useful tip. Puppies are a lot of work. They need grooming, toys, food & water, etc. They are a very big job and require a lot of attention. Before you purchase a puppy, be sure you ask yourself questions too. This is an important step. Ask yourself, do I have a puppy safe yard? Do I have any local Veterinarians to visit? Does my family all agree that we should buy a pup? Those are all questions you should ask yourself before you take that step.
