Shihtzu's

Shih Tzu's love people and do not like to be left alone.  Shih Tzu's are very confident, and charming.  The breed is very outgoing.  Shih Tzu's are always alert.   The breed may be small but they are active, busy, curious, and creative.  If you don't occupies a Shih Tzu with something the breed will be sure to find something on its own.  The breed is outgoing, friendly, happy, affectionate, and trusting.

Routines, and Habits:  From when your Shih Tzu was born there was a routine.  Any change in the daily routine can be very stressful for your dog.  Not everything will go perfectly when you first create the set routine.  There will be a long period of adjustment time, before your dog will feel settled, and secure.

Scolding: Most Shih Tzu's are very good.  Although sometime your dog will do wrong.  When you scold them be responsible.  If you scold your puppy to harshly your dog may become confused and to the opposite of what it should be doing.
Home: To your Shih Tzu his or hers crate is it's safe place, or if that is not where your dog is mostly at it will be your house.  Keep anything that can harm your dog away.  No matter what always keep an eye on what your dog is doing.
