Magic Johnson real name Ervin Johnson was the greatest assist man ever. He was a six foot nine point guard. Johnson averaged over eleven assists per game. Also he averaged twenty points per game.

Larry Bird was a player that played with heart. Bird was a six foot nine forward. He averaged twenty-four points per game with ten rebounds and six assists. Bird was elected into the Hall of Fame in 1998.

A person that helped M.J be great was Scottie Pippen. Pippen was a six foot eight guard/forward. Scottie averaged sixteen points per game with five assists and six rebounds. Pippen and the Bulls won three championships in a row from ninety to ninety-three.

Isiah Thomas was one of the greatest point guards ever. Averaging nineteen points per game with nine assists are some pretty good numbers. Thomas was elected to the Hall of Fame in 2000.
