| Jessica Alba was born on April 28th 1981 in Pomona, California. The aspiring actress relocated several times with her family before finally settling down in Southern California. Despite moving across the U.S., Jessica new she wanted to be an actress since the age of 5. Her career was ready to take of when an agent signed her. Around nine months after, 12-year-old Jessica toke an acting class. Jessica’s first film role, in the 1994 film, “Camp Nowhere”, came her way by chance. |

She was cast with a bit part in the film after one of the characters dropped out of the production. She was cast as the replacement. She then went into smaller projects on the small screen doing commercials for Nintendo and J.C. Penny, and a recurring role in Nickelodeon’s “The Secret World of Alex Mack” in 1994. In 1995 Jessica was cast in the movie “Flipper”. During the production of “Flipper” she was kidnapped but later found in the trunk of a car unharmed. |

In 1996, Jessica appeared in the movie “Venus Rising” as young Eve. In 1997, Jessica appeared on the “Dini Pett Show” a Canadian talk show, and talked about her role in Flipper” and her general acting career. She then began working on P.U.N.K.S., featuring Randy Quaid in 1998. |

P.U.N.K.S. was released on video in 1999 of January. In 1998, Jessica appeared in several TV shows for an episode or two. In early 1998, she appeared in “Brooklyn South’, as Melissa. Over all Jessica Alba has a successful career in acting. |
