Jennifer was born into a family of actors.  Her father was John Aniston.  She has talents in acting, painting, and sculpting.  She was born in California and grew up in Greece.  Then a short while after moving to Greece she moved to New York.  She first started acting at age 11.  She joined Rudolf Steiner School’s drama club.  She then started to take her acting career a lot more serious and started training as a drama student at New York’s High school of performance arts, graduating in 1987.

After she graduated she appeared in off-Broadway productions as “For Dear Life” and “Dancing on Checkers Grave”.  When she heard of the show friends she wanted to audition.  She first wanted to audition for Monica but then realized she didn’t want to play her.  Then she auditioned for the character Rachel and got the spot. On July 29, 2000 in Malibu she married William Bradley Pitt.

Life wasn’t all easy for Jennifer though.  Before getting the role as Rachel Green on “Friends”, Jennifer was told to lose some wait and she did.  She lost 30 pounds.  Now her passions for things like antiquing, hiking, and traveling.

She can no longer go out in public with out being stopped for autograph requests or photos and finds the worst part newfound celebrity status is meeting a man.  However, that doesn’t seem to be a problem anymore because Jennifer is currently going out with actor, Nate Donovan.
