Among many of the beaches there are a few that are wonderful. The first beach is the "Poipo Beach." In Hawaiian language "Poipo " means complete overcast.  At Poipo Beach they have very white sand.  A few years ago they got completely damaged from Hurricane Iniki.

The next beach is called the " Honolulu Beach" It has many steep cliffs and rugged mountains. It is also known to have the Punch Bowl Volcano behind the beach.  Next to the Punch Bowl Volcano is West Chinatown where the airport connects to Pearl Harbor.

This next beach which is  gorgeous is called "Kaneohe Beach." The average temperature   is 78-86 degrees This is a very small beach, but it has the largest bay in Hawaii.  It is called the Mokaqu Peninsula.

In Princeville the entire beach is surrounded by orange Lehua trees. They are wonderful looking. Usually in Hawaii you can swim and surf in the winter because it is always so warm. But at the Princeville Beach you cannot swim or surf in the winter at the Princeville beach and resort.

At the Pu  u Poa Beach there is a beautiful Hanelei Bay. It also has many marshes. There is many fish ponds all around the bay this beach and bay .

	On Queen's Beach they have very little sand.  They have very little sand because the massive volcanoes erupt and burn up all the sand they also have natural lava pools. The animals they have here are the sand-nestle, turtles, dolphins, and monk-seals.
