Welcome! On this site you’ll learn many things about slow-pitch and fast-pitch softball. Softball is another version of baseball except the ball is bigger and the pitcher throws the ball underhand. Many people play softball, majority girls. There are many highlight players in fast-pitch such as, Lisa Fernandez, Dot Richardson, and Sheila Douty. |
| Softball is played at any age. A lot of young girls play slow-pitch while some older girls move into fast-pitch. In slow-pitch and fast-pitch you develop many skills, including: fielding, throwing, catching, different types of batting and quick reflexes |
