Therefore, they cannot use the spotting technique used in dancing. Spotting in figure skating has the chance of making the skater very dizzy. And after a certain amount of years of training, skaters get used to spinning and do not get dizzy as easily.Spinning in one position is not the only thing you can do. You can change the position of our feet without changing the direction of the spin. You can also do various positions to make you spin more interesting. Another type of spin is a flying spin.
