1. Positions

      There are 3 different positions in the game of lacrosse.  There is and attack, midi, defense, and a goalie.  Each layer has different responsibilities during the game.  Attacks job is to score goals.  They play offense 98% of the game.  A good attack man should have excellent stick skills with both hands and should have quick feet.  There are three attack man on the field at a time.
      Another position is the game of lacrosse is midfield.  The midi's responsibility is to cover the entire field playing offense and defense.  A good midi demonstrates good stick work such as catching, throwing, and scooping.  To be a midi you must have speed and stamina.  Three midi's should be on the field at all times. 
      One of the most important positions is defense.  Their job is to defend the goal and help the goalie.  A good defender should be able to react quickly.  Agility and aggressiveness are necessary

    The last position is goalie.  All the goalie does is pretty muck block shots and clear the ball.  You should have good hand eye coordination for this position.
