Lacrosse was invented by the Native Americans as a war game. They would some times kill each other to get the ball.  What ever team that had the most players would normally win.  The game was played on mile long fields. They used sharpened sticks to catch and throw. They also used a pig skin ball to play with. The hats were giant circles lifted in the air by gigantic pillars.
