The New York Yankee's are a professional baseball team that plays in the city of New York City, New York. They first became a member of the American Leauge in 1903. They have had many great players over their history. Some of them include Babe Ruth and Lou Gerhig. Babe Ruth was purchased by the Yankees from the Boston Red Sox. He was originally pitcher and then joined the New York  Yankees and became a full time right fielder in 1920.
		He had many great years with the Yankees and when he retired he had a lifetime average of .342. They have always had a great winning history and and no other team has won as many championships as the Yankees. They have won an amazing 23 World Series Titles and have won 34 American league pennants! They are also the only team to win 5 World series  titles in a row and the only team to win 4 consecutive batting titles.

	Atlanta, Georgia is the home of the professional baseball team the Atlanta Braves. They are one of the best teams in the National League. They can be called one of the best teams in the last decade of baseball. They have won a World Series and 13 division titles in a row. But they weren't always a great team, from 1966 to 1991 they only had 7 winning seasons.
	They play at a very nice and new stadium Tuner Field. They became the Atlanta Braves in 1876. Between 1876 and 1900 the Braves won 8 National League Titles. Then the Braves lost all their players and winning ways for the next 15 years. Then they got a player by the name of Hank Aaron joined the team and they got their winning ways back. He is the all time homerun leader. He has a career total of 755 and a lifetime average of .305. This got him the nickname of "Hammering Hank."
