| There are currently many games being developed for the PS2 right now. They are all becoming graphically and physically more advanced than ever. Not all of these upcoming games will be extremely good, but that is to be expected. What is not to be expected, however, is what games will actually be coming out. |

Of course, not everything currently being made for the future is about the PS2. It is estimated that sometime in late 2006, PlayStation 3 will be released in America. There will be some extreme competition for it, however. Microsoft's X-Box 360 and Nintendo's Revolution project are expected to be very close to the PS3 in both power and likeability. | |
| These days a lot of people have their own ideas of what the PS3 will look like. Some keep their design simple, while others have highly elaborate designs that look cool and have color changing lights. The general consensus, however, seems to |

have the PS3 with four
wireless controllers and built in online capacity. What is not
agreed on is what form of memory it will use and whether or not it should
have a slot drive or a disk tray. Will the PS3 have a built in
hard-drive? As of now, Sony hasn't said so.

This is faster than most people's computers. Instead of using CDs or DVDs, the PlayStation 3 will run on yet another piece |

of hardware called the Blu-Ray disk. Those can hold over 5 times more than a DVD of the same layer. Since very few things about the PS3 are final, it is unsure about what accessories exactly it will have. As of now, no one knows if the PS3 will use a new version of the Memory Card, Memory Stick, or a hard-drive. It could, however, be a |

combination of two of them. If wireless controllers do not come standard, then multiple different companies will make them for us to buy. The real problem is this: although a lot of people think that we know a lot about the PS3, we, in fact, know very little about it. |
