Britney
is a glamour babe! It all started on December 2, 1981, in
Kentwood, Louisiana. Her mother is Lynne and her father is Jamie
Spears. She also has a 5-year-older brother, Brian. And an
8-year-younger sister, Jamie Lynne.
Britney's favorite foods are Ben and Jerry's cookie-dough ice cream, turkey sandwiches, pasta, and hot dogs. She likes to sing, dance, play basketball, swim, and read. Her favorite sport teams are the Chicago Bulls, and the New York Yankees. Her favorite color is baby blue. She featured in The Mickey Mouse Club at age 11 and 13. Then she began to audition for pop bands in the New York area. Now Britney is 24 years old and has won some awards during her career time. For example, for Teen Choice Awards she won the following: 2002 Choice Hottie Female and Choice Female Artist, and 2001 Choice Female Artist. She has also won Album of The Year for "Oops...I Did It Again," in 2000 on the Billboard Awards, Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards for Favorite Female Singer in 2000. Also, she has won the American Music Awards in 2000 for Best New Artist, Teen Choice Awards in 1999 for Choice Single for "Baby One More Time," and Billboard Awards in 1999 for Female Artist of the Year and New Artist of The Year. In 2002 Britney starred in the movie, "Crossroads." She also made appearances on Saturday Night Live, Video Music Awards in 2001, and concerts and other things. She is a wonderful entertainer and has been doing it all of her life. She loves to perform. Britney has made 5 albums so fare which are "...Baby One More Time," in 1999, "Oops!...I Did It Again," in 2000, "Britney," in 2001, "In The Zone," in 2003, and "Greatest Hits: My Prerogative," in 2004. Now, Britney is working on another album called "Original Doll" coming fall of 2005 or summer 2006. It has a single called "Mona Lisa."
