| John Entwistle was born on October 9, 1944 in London. He has been with The Who for as long as they have been together. John Entwistle was known as the greatest bass player who ever lived, and is in some tribute CD’s and DVD’s. Unfortunately, John Entwistle passed away because of a heart attack just a few years ago in 2002. He was the tallest member of the band and he always stood out. He is nicknamed The Ox for some odd reason also. John has his own taste also, he wrote and sang his own song for The Who, Boris The Spider. |

| John
Entwistle was definately one of the greatest bass players who ever lived.
He was born to play the bass and he is known as one of the most known
bassists of the world. He was also another crazy bassist and loved to
impress the crowd. He was also a very nice guy, (most people said). John
Entwistle had some solo albums that he did by himself. He was a very good
musician, he could write his own songs and play them perfect every time.
He was so coordinated with his fingers, that he could play some of the
best solos. We will always remember John Entwistle as the greatest bass
players who ever lived.
