Green Day has one many awards including Grammys.  They have just won a grammy for best rock album.and were nominated for seven.  Also in 1994 they were nominated and won best rock album and
	Also They have won California music awards and America Music awards.  Also Bay Area Awards.

They have made appearances on many magazines.  Examples are what you see here such as RollingStones, Entertainment, AMP, Q and many more. Billie Joe some how managed to get into Teen People with a small article.  Picture on the bottom left.  They have also made it on some shows like the David Letterman Show,VH1 Storytellers, MTV, and many other shows.
