Jimi Hendix was found dead in his apartment on September 18, 1970. It was due to a drug and alcohol overdose. He was only 27 years old. After the experience broke up, it was a long downward spiral until the very end. Back then, people thought drugs were not a rick to you health and many people used them. Now, we know the effects of them. His death was un expected and struck a blow to the music community. He was only famous for 4 years. |

Drugs were used to expand his mind and that all he cared about in his time of agony.He was buried in Seattle on October 1, 1970. Many musical stars attended his memerial. His grave is still being visited constonantly today. | |
| On stage, in the studio, everything he did was gruond breaking. His onstage presence and energy were always a crowd pleaser. He played under his legs, behind his neck and with his teeth on a regular basis. He experimented with the electric guitar like no one did before. He used heavy distortion, phaser, wha-wha, chours pedals, and playing his records backwards. Jimi Hendrix's techniques are imatated abut never matched. His music, attitude, faness, and attitude will be never forgotten. |  |
