Description

My next favorite dog is the bulldog. They are my second favorite dog. They have a lot of different colors to chose from; red brindle, brindle, solid white, fawn, red, fallow, or piebald. They are short loveable dogs. Males weigh about 50 pounds and get about 12-15 inches tall. Even though they look fat there not it’s all muscle.

Temperament

These dogs are great for families. Even though most of them are nice some are not. All you have to do is socialize them at an early age. They are not outside dogs. If you raise them with other pets they’re great with them. All you have to do is socialize them at an early age.

Grooming

Grooming is not hard at all. You need to bathe them and brush them once a week. You need to clean in between them daily. You need a soft bristle brush.

Exercise and Feeding

They need exercised daily. Probably 5 minutes a week. You can’t feed them a lot. Like the welsh corgi you can’t give them a lot of treats. 1-2 treats a week.

Health

Some of their health problems are hip dysphasia, (shoulder and knee joints pop out of place). Nose and eye problems skin fold deformities.

Facts

If you breed them they’ll probably need a c- section. They are very affectionate dogs. They are part of the non-sporting group. They can be hard to train. That is the bull dog.
