A liberty is one of the most advanced stunts. A liberty contains at the most five people. The job of the flyer is to squeeze all of her muscles together. The main base holds the girls right foot, her heal, and her toe. When the stunt is all together the flyer is standing on one foot with one tucked by her knee. At the end of the stunt, grab the girls hands and bring her down gently grabbing her upper arms.
In a basket toss both of the bases grab each others wrists tighly so that when the flyer jumps she doesn't slip through. The flyer jumps into the bases hands gently and pushes off the bases shoulders as the bases and the front spotter flick their wrists and extend their arms fully into the air. The back spotter pushes the flyer into the air as well. When the flyer is in the air she can do any flips or do a toe touch or just spot to see how high she can get.

Two people are required for this drill, one base, and one flyer. This is a basic stunt used for learning the proper stunting technique. The base will lunge facing forward and her legs out to the side. The flyer will stand up onto the bases leg, keeping her legs and body very tight. The flyer will be standing behind the base on top of her lunged leg. The flyer will then end up standing on the bases shoulders with her arms up in a high V.
