Guy Under the Helmet Terry Bradshaw was born in Shreveport, Louisiana on September 2, 1948. Terry led his High School team, Woodlawn, to a State Championship in his senior year. He was a quarterback. He attended the University of Louisiana Tech in 1968. Bradshaw broke and set tons of records during his collegian year. |

One Pick Terry Bradshaw was the 1st pick in the 1970 NFL draft. The Pittsburgh Steelers selected Bradshaw. He struggled in his rookie season as the starting quarterback, but in his 2nd year he led the Steelers to an AFC Divisional Title. |

From
the Bench to Glory After being benched for most of the 1974 season, Bradshaw came back the following season ready to play. He took the Steelers to the Super Bowl and contributed to the victory over the Minnesota Vikings. The next season Bradshaw led the Steelers to another Super Bowl victory against the Dallas Cowboys. Three years later, Bradshaw did it all over again. He led the Steelers to two more Super Bowls. The 1st they beat the Dallas Cowboys and in the 2nd Super Bowl win they beat the Los Angeles Rams. He was inducted into the Hall of Fame. |
