	The Steelers are the pride and joy of Pittsburgh. They are having a great 04 and 05 season. They even have a good chance of making it to the Super Bowl. They stopped the undefeated streak of both the Eagles and the Patriots. The team is working great together on and off the field. Everyone is hoping that they can finally make it to Super Bowl once again.
		Heinz Field opened in 2001. It was the football field replacement for Three Rivers Stadium. It has now hosted a number of events. NFL and college football games are the most common, but it also held many concerts, too. As the demolition of Three Rivers Stadium was being planned they were already hard at work on Heinz Field. Then, it was finally ready to host the 2001 season.
	The Pirates have also been really popular with the people of Pittsburgh. In recent years, they haven't been what they used to be. They have had a bunch of famous players, though. Probably, the most famous was Roberto Clemente. He is now even remembered in the Hall of Fame. They have also had to play at a number of different fields. The first one was Recreation Park to the current PNC Park.

		PNC Park also opened in 2001. It too held a number of concerts. The field has even been used for weddings. PNC Park is supposed to be the home of the 2006 All-Star game. The field has a bright and promising future that will continue through the future in base-ball games, concerts, weddings, and even board meetings. It will be a place for families and co-workers to have a great time for hopefully another thirty years
	The Penguins are the hockey team in Pittsburgh. They are another popular team, and like the Pirates the have been falling off over the years. This year however, the entire NHL is on a strike. It turned out to be a lockout season. Despite that, they have had some good players over the years. Mario Lemieux has been the most recent. He has been the main player in scoring goals during his playing years. Even though the Penguins haven't been doing so well, over the years they have made a lot of people proud.
		Mellon Arena is the current Penguin's home. It has held numerous hockey games, figure skating, and even Disney on Ice. It has also held a number of famous circus events. In the past, it used to be able to open its roof. It was something that made a lot of people impressed. It has been the home to the Penguins over the years and hopefully for many more.
