Annia Hatch is the oldest member of
the team at 26 years old. She trains at "Stars Academy"
for 30 hours a week. She is the main vaulter on the team and usually wins
the judge's high scores with the Vurchenko Layout 2/1 vault.
When she was 10 years old, she won the "First Place Cuban" award. While in Athens, she won the gold medal on the vault and qualified to the olympic trials. Before the trials, she had a major knee injury while doing an Arabian Double Back Twist and had to sit out a lot. She is one of the best vaulters on the team. |
