The Quarterback is one of the most important positions in the game.  They need to be quick, smart, accurate, and they need to find the the open receiver.  The QB is usually number 1-19.
The halfback is another important position.  Halfbacks, also known as running backs, must be able to break tackles, be agile, and aware.  HB can also can catch the ball or be a temporary Quarterback.  They are numbers 20-49.
Wide Receivers are the essentials to getting a lot of yardages.  WR have to be quick, be able to outrun the defense, jump high, understand plays, and be able to catch and block.  They are either numbered 1-19 or 80-89.
Kickers are very valuable if the offence doesn't score and they're behind.  Kickers should be able to kick the football far and be quick.
Punters are helpful if the offence is weak and the kicker is too far away to attempt a kick.  Punters get the ball out as quickly as possible.  They are numbered 1-19.
Coaches play an asset rule in the game.  They call all of the plays, tell the players what to do, make decisions, and lead their team to victory.  The Super Bowl Trophy was named after Coach Vince Lombardi.
