Course is located in Augusta, Georgia. The Masters, (which is one
of the four major tournaments that takes place each year) is held here
every year. Once you win the Masters, you receive a green
jacket. This also allows you to come back every year regardless if
you didn't do well that year.
Oakmont
Oakmont is also one
of the most famous courses around. It is located in our city,
Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. It has been the site of seven U.S.
Opens, and the 2003's US Amateur was held here. Oakmont is
known for its famous church pew bunkers. Firestone
Firestone golf course is an extraordinary place to be. It is
located in Akron, Pennsylvania. It is the home of the world series
of golf. It is also known for its 16th hole. There are three
courses that consist of Firestone. There have a North, South, and
West Course. It is known as the "Green Monster"
because it is 625 yards long. You have to play your best when you
come to this course! Shinnecock
Hills
Shinnecock Hills is definitely one of the places to play. It is
located in Long Island, New York. It was the site of this years US
Open. Retief Goosen was the winner of this event. Shinnecock
