Lisa Leslie Lisa Leslie was born on July 7, 1972. She is now 6'5'', and 170 pounds. In 1994 she went to college at The University of South Carolina. In 1997 she started playing for the Los Angeles Sparks. She is a great player and has accomplished many things for herself and her team. In 2001 Lisa Leslie was named the WNBA Playoffs and the WNBA All-Star games. She was the first player to ever win all three awards in the same season. During the WNBA Play-offs she led the Sparks to their first ever WNBA Championship. Lisa Leslie plays center for the Los Angeles Sparks. |

Lauren Jackson Lauren Jackson was born on May 11, 1981. Lauren is now 6 foot 5 and is 187 pounds. She is from Australia. Both her mother and her father played for Australia's National Teams. Lauren began playing basketball playing basketball when she was just 4 years old. She wears number 15 in honor of her mother. Lauren is one of 3 Australian players chosen in the first round of the 2001 WNBA draft. She became the third international player to be selected first overall in the five-year history of the WNBA Draft. At age 16 she became the youngest member to ever be selected to the Australian Women's National Basketball team. In 2001 she was picked by the Storm in the WNBA Draft. Lauren now plays forward and center. Lauren was named the 2003 WNBA MVP, for becoming the first international player and youngest to ever garner the league's highest honor. |

Latoya Thomas Latoya Monique Thomas was born on July 6, 1981. Latoya is 6 foot 2 and 165 pounds. She majored in educational psychology and played for the San Antonio Silver Stars. Latoya is only in her second season in the WNBA. Her first year she played with the Sliver Stars. She was chosen by San Antonio with the third overall selection in the 2003 WNBA Draft. Latoya became the Rockers single-season rookie leader in rebounding with 164. In 2003 Latoya played in 32 games with the Cleveland Rockers, with 25 starts. |

Jessie Hicks Jessie Hicks was born on December 2, 1971. She is 6 foot 4, and is 188 pounds. In 1993 she went to college in Maryland. Jessie spent the 1995-96 and 1996-97 seasons as assistant coach at Bowie State University. Her most defying moment was at the age 22 when she broke her engagement and began her coaching career. From 1998-2000 Jessie played professionally in Spain. She was originally selected by the Utah Stars in the second round of the 1997 WNBA draft. Now Jessie is in her sixth season in the WNBA with the Silver Stars/Starzz. She was signed by the Silver Stars on February 6, 2003. |

Vickie Johnson Vickie Johnson was born on April 15, 1972. She is 5 foot 9, and 150 pounds. In 1996 she went to college at Louisiana Tech. Vickie first started playing basketball when she was nine years old. In 1997 she played in 26 games, and started in 25 of the 26 games. In 1998 she started in all 30 games. She emerged as one of the Liberty's premier scorers and started in all 32 games. In 2001 Jessie was voted as a starter for the 2001 WNBA All-Star game. She was New York's second leading scorer in 2001 and started all regular games in the season. In 2002 she played in 31 of the 32 games and started each one. |

Nikki Teasley Nikki was born on March 22, 1979. She is 6 feet tall and is 169 pounds. She went to the University of North Carolina in 2002. Nikki plays for the Los Angeles Sparks. She plays guard for the Sparks. She played 32 minutes in her WNBA debut, scoring eight points, grabbing four rebounds, and dishing out three assists against New York. In the 2002 WNBA Finals she hit the game winning 3 point shot as time expired to complete a tow game sweep and capture the championship. Nikki ranked 2nd in the 2003 WNBA pre-season with an average of 6 assists per game.
