Bill Cowher is currently the longest tenured head coach in the NFL. He now is entering his thirteenth season in the NFL. With 13 years in the Steelers organization. Cowher ranks ninth for the most years with one team in NFL history. He has become one of the most successful coaches in the NFL. As the steelers head coach, Cowher has captured seven division titles, eight playoff berths, advanced to four AFC title games, and one Super Bowl Apperance. |

Russ Grim Russ Grim is in his forth season as the Steelers Offensive line coach and has just been named the Steelers new assistant coach. He joined the Steelers on January 10, 2000. He is only the second offensive line coach in Cowher's history with the Steelers. In his twenty-three years in the NFL he has only coached for two teams.

Bruce Arians Bruce Arians reunites with Bill Cowher as the Steelers recievers coach. He was named to the coaching staff on January 24, 2004. Arians and Cowher served on the same staff in Kansas City where Cowher was the defensive coordinator and Arians was the running backs coach.

Dick Hoak Dick Hoak is the longest tenured coach in Steelers history. This is his forty-third year with the Steelers organization. He has been the assistant coach for thirty-three years. He served under Chuck Noll as the running backs coach for twenty years before being named the running backs coach for Cowher on January 27, 1992. During his twelve years with Cowher they have 25,624 yards and is the only club to rush for over 25,000 yards. |

Darren Perry Darren Perry was a Steelers stand out stand out safety during the 1990's. He returned to Pittsburgh in 2003 as the Steelers Defensive Backs Coach and now returns in his second season. He was named to the staff on January 28, 2003. Perry was one of the many changes to the Steelers coaching staff. He was originally the Steelers eight round draft pick in 1992. |

Keith Butler Keith Butler enters his second season on the Steelers coaching staff. Keith Butler was added as the linebackers coach on January 28, 2003. Before coming to the Steelers Butler coached for the browns for four years. Before coaching the browns he coached the college ranks. |
