Michael was born on February 17, 1963 in Brooklyn,
New York . Michael moved to North Carolina in the early
years of his life . His passion at first was baseball not basketball. His
main goal in sports was to be better then his older brother James. |

Michael was cut from his High varsity team the first time he
tried out. Because of that he cut classes and spent must of his time at
school in the gym and got in trouble because of that. In college he help
lead his North Carolina Tar heel to the 1982 NCAA Finals. HE and his tar
heel team went to beat Patrick Ewing and his Georgetown Hoyas. |

In College Michael played with soon to
be UNC head coach Matt Dordeay and Lakers star James Worthy. Michael
game really improved under the all time ingest coach in NCAA Basketball
history Dean Smith . Jordan was drafted by the Bulls in the 1985 draft. |

While in the NBA Jordan won to Slam Dunk Contest.
He also won 5 MVP awards. Jordan also won the MVP award in all
six of the finals he played in with Bulls. Michael was named to the
all star team 10 times. |

Michael all so did some work in the music business with
the other MJ Michael Jackson. Jordan was in Jackson 1992 song Jam.
With Jordan doing that song basketball took the crown as the worlds most
popular sports from soccer. |

One of Jordan's biggest honors was being selected to the
first Dream Team that won the gold medal at the 1992 Olympics in Spain.
