Jerome Bettis has been in the NFL for thirteen years, eleven of them with the Steelers. Nicknamed "THE BUS" Jerome Bettis has always been able to punch the ball up the middle on 3rd down to get a fresh set of downs for the Steelers. Some people are saying that the Bus has made its last run with the talk of Bettis's retirement. Over the course of the season, Bettis has had some great games, racking up over 100 yards. One game, Bettis had 1 net rushing yard but 3 touchdowns. This season he made it into fourth on the Steelers all- time rushing list. |
| Heinz Ward is great wide receiver for the Steelers. He always seems to be open at the right time to make connection on third and long. Ward is an all around player, he can run, throw and catch a football, making him a great asset to the team. Heinz Ward has appeared in the Pro Bowl, which is a game where the best in the NFL come together and play a game in Hawaii. The teams are AFC versus NFC, and everyone roots for their favorite player. |
