Dave Murray (David Michael Murray) was born on December23, 1956 in England. He is also one of the two guitarist in Iron Maiden. Steve Harris, who lived only up the road a few mile, was best friends with Dave. |

Dave's family was poor, his father was disabled, his mother was part-time cleaner, and the family never stayed in one place long enough so Steve could "get into" (like) school. By the age of 15 he had left home and quit school. Dave is considered to be one of the few "original" members of Maiden. Besides Steve Harris he is the only member to appear in ever Iron Maiden CD/album since there debut in 1980. |
