of the best tennis players ever. Roddick started young and gradually
worked himself up to the pros. He has talent in his blood.
Andy Roddick started out tennis mostly because his brothers influenced him to give it a shot. Once he started he was hooked. Roddick immediately began to get better and started to show hints of what is now great talent.

When a player would chicken out on playing against an advanced opponent, Roddick would willingly volunteer to take his place and give it a whack! Roddick has always loved the cheering and intense feeling of a crowd. Most tennis players want the the ability to be as daring as Roddick. |

As Roddick grew into the sport he became increasingly good at his serve. He amazes crowds of people with his ability to ace against his opponents. His serves zoomed too fast for them to hit the ball. Roddick set the record for the fastest serve at over 150 mph!!!! Roddick wins most of his games with pros with his amazing serve. | |
