Wayne Gretzky was born on January, 26th, 1961 in Brantford, Ontario, Canada.  Gretzky grew up envying a hockey legend......Bobby Orr.  But little did he know that he would become one of hockey's greatest players to ever play the game.  During his 16 seasons in the NHL, Gretzky broke 61 NHL records which stand today.  His last record, which probably is most important to him was most career goals, which he got in front of a sell out crowd in Los Angeles.  Now Gretzky is co-owner of the NY Rangers and runs a bubble hockey tournament for charity.

Phil Esposito played for many teams but his most recognizable ones were the Boston Bruins and the NY Rangers.  Phil Esposito played in a rough and tough playing style.  He'd crash the net, run the goalie, get in fights, slash people in the face, tackle people, anything he could think of he would do.  Phil Esposito was and early player, middle-late fifties early 60's where he would take the risk of getting hit in the head with a frozen piece of rubber.  Esposito made it to only a few Stanley cups but only one a couple.
