Stunt- any type of tumbling, mounding, pyramid or toss.

*There are usually between 2-5 people in one stunt group.

Flyer-a person who is elevated into the air by bases. They are sometimes called "mountery".
Base(s)- bottom person(s) of a stunt who is on the floor. They support the flyer or "mountery"
front spotter/back spotter- they are the primary catchers of the flyer.
key thing to remember**
NEVER stunt without a coach or professional with you.
Pony Mount- (2 man stunt) In this stunt, there is only two people. To start, the base bends their knees with their feet shoulder length apart. Their hands will be against their thighs with their elbows locked. Their back will be flat.
Side Stand- (2 man stunt) In this stunt, the base is in a right lunge. The flyer stands behind the base's right leg putting the flyer's left foot on the base's right thigh. In the "T" position the flyer has their feet straight and together. The base wraps their arm around the legs for extra support.
Double Lunge- 2 bases lunge toward each other. The flyer steps on both the flyers bent legs. Bases are supposed to wrap their hands around the flyer's thighs for extra support. To get down from the stunt, the bases and flyer grab hands and jump forward.
Prep-(2 bases, 1 flyer and a back spotter) 2 bases are facing each other in front of the flyer. The back spotter is right behind the flyer. The 2 bases, have to keep their backs straight and feet firm. The flyer has to jump into the base's hands feet first. The flyer must keep their knees locked. To come down, you will do something called a basket toss. That is when you throw your flyer into the air and she lets her feet out in front of her.
