Later on in the second quarter Steelers’ kicker Roy Gerela missed a 36-yard field goal to leave Dallas in the lead 10-7 at halftime. At the beginning of the 3rd quarter Roy Gerela missed another field goal this time a 33 yarder. After reserve running back Reggie Harrison blocked a Dallas punt, which rolled out of the end zone for a two-point safety making the score 10-9 Dallas.
