The two big players in the graphics industry are ATI and NVidiA. ATI has its 9000 series and its top performing x800 card. NVidiA has its GeForce FX series, the FX 6800 being the best. The 9000 series provides good performance and are stable cards. NVidiA's FX cards are the same, and are in most cases slightly cheaper. The x800 and the FX 6800 will both run you about $400. |
